I took the challenge and purchased the program. I am going to lose the last 14 pounds or so left that I have to lose! So in that regards I am going to do this program and do a weekly review on it. I will give you the details about it and you can trust that I am not being paid to do it! I paid for the program myself. Not only that but I will be posting results, good or bad! I will talk about diet and my age and such! So here goes......as of this morning:
weight:149 goal: 135
thighs: 22.5 " goal 21"
bum:39" goal 37"

Good for you for taking that first step. I haven't heard of this one, hope you enjoy it. Someone gave my son a copy of P90X and my husband and I have been doing that-it is a killer workout, but seriously, who has an hour every day to workout? Hope you get the results you want.

Karen, I did P90x and it kicked my bum and I lost about 20 lbs and can now do a full on push up. However, time consuming and too much weight lifting and such. This is more dancy and aerobicky(forgive my new adjectives). So far I like it better!
Well in the large scheeme of things you really don't have much to lose. You can do it!
